Sposarsi nelle Langhe: ortensie bianche e aeroplanini di carta

Come vi anticipato nei gg scorsi eccomi a mostrarvi uno dei matrimoni della passata stagione.
...apro una piccola parentesi...
(Una delle novità, rispetto al passato, è la traduzione di alcuni post anche in inglese. Molte delle lettrici del blog sono americane o comunque straniere, un modo per dare loro il benvenuto in questo mio spazio).

Il matrimonio di questa giovane coppia si è svolto nel cuore delle Langhe.
Le linee guida per la creazione dell’allestimento di questo matrimonio sono state due:
- le ortensie bianche: i fiori preferiti dalla sposa;
- Il tema del volo: lo sposo, infatti, è un pilota.
This young couple celebrated their wedding in the heart of The Langhe.

The two themes running through the wedding were:

- white hydrangeas: the bride's favourite flower

- the theme of flight: as the groom is a pilot.

Prima di tutto siamo partiti, dalle partecipazioni, creando una grafica pulita, ma che richiamasse il tema del volo attraverso un aeroplanino di carta, diventato un po’ il simbolo di tutto l’evento.

We started with the invitations, creating clean graphics which evoked the theme of flight through a little paper aeroplane which turned into a symbol of the whole event.

 

Per l’allestimento della chiesa abbiamo utilizzato le ortensie bianche, creando composizioni a cascata che incorniciassero il santuario dove si è svolta la funzione religiosa.

To decorate the church, we used white hydrangeas and created cascading compositions, in order to frame the service in the sanctuary.

 

 

 

All’uscita della chiesa gli ospiti hanno trovato dei cesti con coni riso, fiocchi auto, mappa per raggiungere la location e programma della giornata, il tutto con una grafica coordinata con le partecipazioni.

When the guests left the church, they found baskets with rice, bows for their cars, maps to the reception venue and a programme of the day, all of which featured graphics co-ordinated with the invitations.

Il ricevimento si è svolto in una bellissima location tra colline e vigneti, nel cuore delle Langhe. Ortensie, gypsophila, candele e tanti aeroplanini di carta sono stati gli elementi che hanno decorato i tavoli, sospese delle sfere di verde creavano un trait d’union tra il tema del volo e il parco all’interno del quale si trova la location.

The reception itself took place in the heart of The Langhe, in a beautiful venue surrounded by hills and vineyards. The tables were decorated with hydrangeas, gypsophila, candles and many paper aeroplanes. The venue is located inside a park, so we added some green hanging spheres in order to tie together the location and the theme of flight.

 

Un tableau mariage un po’ insolito ha stupito gli ospiti, seguendo il tema del volo/aeroporto, abbiamo fornito ogni ospite di una boarding pass con l’indicazione del tavolo a loro assegnato, all’ingresso della sala è stato fatto un vero e proprio check-in.

The guests were amazed by the unusual seating chart which was closely linked with the flight theme. We provided each guest with a boarding pass with their assigned table, and at the entrance to the dining room there was even a check-in.

 

 

 

 

Tra aeroplanini di carta e magnifiche ortensie, abbiamo utilizzato gli elementi a cui gli sposi tenevano tanto creando un allestimento fresco, ma al tempo stesso elegante.
Using the paper planes and stunning hydrangeas that the couple were so fond of, we were able to create a fresh but also elegant feel to the wedding.
